Returns Policy:

Returns within 15 days incur no restocking fee. After 15 days, the restocking fee is 15%. After 45 days, the restocking fee is 30%. No returns after 60 days. Swarovski crystal and findings incur a 10% restocking fee. Please pack items carefully when returning them; we can't give credit for damaged goods.

Damaged products?

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service. Contact info is at the bottom of the page.
