Wood Beads

Wood Beads are primarily made from exotic woods in the Philippines. The harvested woods are used for timber, construction and furniture production, with the wooden beads being made from the leftover waste material. Wood beads are usually combined with other natural materials such as shell, bone and semiprecious stones. Because they normally have larger holes, wood beads are often used in macrame and strung on heavier cords such as leather.
