Miyuki

Miyuki is the oldest of the three Japanese seed bead manufacturers. We've been importing and distributing their beads since 1994. I believe we have the largest selection of their beads (aside from the factory itself, of course) in the world. And we keep adding more, confirming that the bead addiction is not limited to individual beaders but also strikes wholesalers. (But I can think of worse addictions, so no matter.)

The range of beads Miyuki produces is huge. A good way to explore the Miyuki company and its offerings is to visit the English language section of their website. We're asked from time to time how many different beads Miyuki can make. The short answer is: as many as their customers order. In addition to the thousands that are on the official sample cards from the factory—and they fill a deep file cabinet drawer to the bursting point—they can also make almost any color or finish of bead in any other size and style. We have 4mm cubes, for example, that we ordered to match Delica colors. There really is no limit, aside from the size of our bank account, on how many beads they could produce for us. And they are all so gorgeous...
