Yoshie Marubashi - “Medusa”

My latest bead project is decorative yet functional. Using beads, thick thread and crochet techniques, I have created a coin purse or pouch. Modeled after the unforgettable Medusa of Greek mythology, I was inspired by her frightening, angry face surrounded by hundreds of slithering snakes for hair.
